Did you ever feel a tiny raindrop, trickle down from the sky
And land upon your cheek, when there is no rain in sight….
And wonder where it came from,
When the day is sunny and bright?
Did you ever hear someone clearly call out your name,
And when you turned to look there’s not a familiar face
Anywhere around and wonder where it came from,
When the voice was there without an ounce of doubt?
The answer is quite simple you see, Angels are everywhere
Watching over you and me though
At times we don’t feel a presence at our side.
Angels are always there morning, noon and night,
in the most mysterious of ways looking after us
With much love, forever and always.

They are not really clouds, but angels in the sky.

They have golden halos atop glimmering hair,
Plucking stars from the heavens to use for their chairs.

They wear gowns made of stardust trimmed in silver and gold,
Each one is ageless living in a home where they never grow old.

Do not be surprised when the clouds are not clouds any more,
But the angels sent by Jesus to hold open heavens door.

The Door That Never Closes
There's a door that never closes,
though it opens but one way-
It's the door that leads to Heaven
at the end of life's long day.
It's the threshold of forever
where the heart is always glad,
It's a respite for the weary
and a comfort for the sad.
It's the door to peace and healing
and the door to joy and grace
Where the Master greets each quest by name
and with a warm embrace.
And the loved ones who pass through
into the light that's shining there
Find a sweet and perfect home
within our Father's loving care.

What Would I Give
What would I give to hear my child
say I love you Mum once more?
What would I give to see my child
come walking through my door?
What would I give to never have had
to feel the loss and pain?
What would I give to have him back
back in my arms again?
